Wendy Hazelwood

Wendy Hazelwood, started training in Shotokan Karate in 1988 and is still a student of Sensei Roy Hazelwood. Having come from a teaching/personal development background, she has developed much of the motivational side of our group. We believe that everyone should use their Shotokan Karate for their own benefit, being the best they can be according to the Dojo Kun. All junior students can be awarded merit stickers for their achievement after their weekly training. They can also join our Junior Achievement Programme alongside their physical training in order to understand the philosophy which underpins our Karate.
